Ken McMahon serves as the Chief Customer Officer and Head of Customer Success at Nextiva, a position held since May 2021. Prior to this role, Ken was SVP of Customer Success at TPx Communications and SVP of Global Customer Success at Vonage. Ken's extensive experience includes leadership positions at CenturyLink Business as Vice President of Mountain West Enterprise Sales and General Manager roles in various regions for CenturyLink. Earlier career achievements include key positions at Embarq, where responsibilities encompassed sales support, wireless implementation, and management of a large call center. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from Portland State University.
