Kim Lamont joined Nextiva in 2011 and currently serves as Chief of Staff and Project Manager for the CEO. She serves as the CEO’s right hand support and advisor, and is responsible managing special projects and overseeing
day-to-day operations for the CEO. Kim excels at staying several steps ahead and knowing what needs to get done for business. Prior to Nextiva, Kim held various roles in finance and administration, including Manager of Budgeting and Forecasting, Business Manager, Executive Office Manager, and Community Liaison. Kim brings more than 25 years of experience to her role.
