Stephen Kowal

Stephen Kowal has over 30 years of experience in the technology sector. Their current role is the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Nextivity, where they focus on developing Cel-Fi products to optimize cellular coverage. Prior to that, they founded Team Kowal, a consulting firm aimed at helping companies improve their strategies, go-to-market plans, sales methodologies, and more.

Stephen also had a long tenure with CommScope, starting in 1998. In their most recent role as Sr Vice President, Enterprise Sales, they led a team of over 1,000 sales professionals across 90 countries, achieving over $2B in revenue. Stephen also served as the Senior Vice President of the Global Partner Organization, overseeing a team of nearly 100 channel professionals and growing $3B in channel revenue.

Before joining CommScope, Stephen worked at Intel as a Network Engineer and Network Technician. Stephen also had roles at American Express, including LAN Engineer, Systems Administrator, and Automation and Facilities Administrator.

Stephen Kowal pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in International Business at Western International University from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they attended the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Leadership between 2010 and 2012.
