Director of Customer Success at NextLot

Brooke Keller has served as the Director of Customer Success at NextLot Inc. since August 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing client onboarding and managing large client accounts to ensure successful implementation and ongoing care of NextLot software. Prior to this role, Brooke worked at UNCW Marketing and Communications in various positions, including Senior Account Executive and Account Manager, and contributed to marketing efforts through press releases, interviews, and video projects. Early experience includes a Lead Sales Associate role at Abercrombie and Fitch, leading a sales team and managing store operations. Brooke holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, earned in 2012.
