Rob Clark has over 20 years of professional experience in the public safety, security, and technology industries. Rob began their career in 1999 as the Director of Field Operations for RedDotNet. In 2002, they became a Self-Employed ERP System Development Consultant. In 2005, they were the Director of Business Development for ERISS Corporation/USWorks. In 2007, they were the RFP Contract Manager for PlantCML an EADS North America Company. In 2011, they were the Director of Business Development - Public Safety & Homeland Security for Frequentis. In 2014, they became the Director, Client Strategies for Winbourne Consulting, LLC. In 2015, they were the Vice President - NEXTGEN Solutions for Unify. In 2017, they were the Global Head of Public Safety and Vice President - Atos Public Safety for Atos. In 2020, they became the General Manager - North America for Carbyne. Currently, they are the Sr. Director, Public Safety for NextNav.

Rob Clark attended Colorado State University from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Speech Communication. Rob then attended UC San Diego from 2002 to 2003, where they obtained a Certificate in MS SQL DBA.
