Jim de La Martinière has worked for a variety of companies since 2013. Jim began their career as a Corporate Finance Intern at Abrams in 2013. Jim then moved to Deloitte in 2014 as a Junior Auditor. In 2015, they were an CEO Assistant at Ignition Program, a recrutment and formation program. In 2016, they returned to Deloitte as a Consultant for Finance Transformation and Strategy & Operations. From 2017 to 2021, Jim worked at HoliChai as Co-founder & CEO, creating a range of authentic, sustainable and organic teas, and selling them in Naturalia and Monoprix. Currently, they are a Content & Acquisition Manager - France and a Content Manager | Audio & Press at Nextory.

Jim de La Martinière completed their Bachelor's degree in Scientific Series with a "Bien" mention from Lycée Fénelon Sainte-Marie in 2010. Jim then attended Classes préparatoires - Lycée Saint Jean de Passy in preparation for competitive examinations to enter Business Schools. In 2012, they earned their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from EDHEC Business School as part of their Grande Ecole program. In 2015, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Additionally, they obtained a Google Analytics Certification from Google Website Analytics Strategies in 2016 and a TOEFL iBT - 104/120 from The TOEFL® test in 2014.
