Marissa Goodrich

Marissa Goodrich is an experienced human resources professional with a solid background in various HR roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at NextPhase Medical Devices since January 2019, Marissa has also held positions as Human Resources Supervisor and Human Resources Administrator within the same company. Prior to this, Marissa worked as a Human Resources Recruiter and in a finishing role at Yale Cordage from June 2015 to January 2019. Marissa's career began as an Office Intern at Liberty Mutual Insurance in June 2013. Marissa holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management from York County Community College.
