Roman Hladio

Roman Hladio currently serves as Chief Reporter for NEXTpittsburgh, focusing on community-centric news for the Greater Pittsburgh Region since July 2023. Prior to this role, Roman was Editor In Chief of The Campus student newspaper from August 2020 to May 2023, overseeing daily operations and managing social media and content. In previous positions at The Campus, Roman held roles as Copy Editor and Science & International Section Editor, where responsibilities included editing articles and mentoring fellow writers. Roman's early experience includes working as an InfoDesk Student Employee at Allegheny College, providing assistance to the campus community. Roman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from Allegheny College, earned between 2019 and 2023.
