Bryce Kaspar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bryce is currently the Chief Executive Officer at nextsales since February 2022. In 2015, Bryce co-founded IdealMD, LLC and served as the CEO. IdealMD aimed to empower doctor-patient relationships through direct care programs focused on optimal wellness. Bryce led the strategic vision, market positioning, and operational development for the company until January 2019.
Prior to their leadership roles, Bryce was the Vice President and General Manager of Waste Expense Management at Cass Information Systems from January 2012 to March 2015. Bryce was responsible for managing waste expenses during this time.
Before that, from March 1999 to December 2011, Bryce was the President and CEO of Waste Reduction Consultants, Inc., a national waste expense management company. Bryce led the company's development from a local expense management firm to a leading national business process outsourcing (BPO) company.
To begin their career, Bryce worked as a Business Development Manager at AKIA, USA, the U.S. division of a Japanese-based flat screen monitor and desktop computer manufacturer from an unspecified period in 1997 to 1999.
