Molly Zanley

Molly Zanley has a diverse background in both customer service and implementation roles. Molly has experience as an Implementation Specialist in behavioral health billing at NextStep Solutions, where Molly assists customers with software configuration and troubleshooting. Prior to this, Molly worked as an RCM Billing Specialist, managing the RCM process for customers. Molly also has experience in hospitality as a Front Desk Supervisor at Marriott Hotels, as well as in retail as a Sales Associate at City Bird LLC and Blick Art Materials. Molly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Wayne State University.
