Robert G. has a diverse work experience history. Robert started their career at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. in 2011, where they served as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and later became a Lead Counselor. During this time, they were recognized for their leadership in clinical services provision and received commendation for outstanding clinical documentation. Robert also played a crucial role in optimizing the clinical quality of care and preparing for and achieving successful CARF surveys.

In 2018, Robert joined Cintas as a Location Safety & Health Coordinator. Here, they made significant contributions to improving workplace safety, compliance with OSHA standards, and reducing workplace hazards and employee injuries by implementing ergonomic measures and analyzing fleet vehicle accidents.

In 2021, Robert worked at ValueOptions (Military One Source) as a Triage Consultant. Robert developed a workflow and resource guide that enhanced the effectiveness and efficiency of the triage process. Robert also excelled in assessing callers' needs, de-escalating crisis situations, and providing comprehensive assistance.

Currently, Robert is employed at Nextus Billing Solutions as an Internal Account Manager. In this role, they manage behavioral health accounts, identifies revenue trends, and provides real-time feedback for process improvements. Robert is also responsible for interdepartmental collaboration, tracking facility progress, and resolving claims processing concerns.

Robert G. obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Rehabilitation & Human Services from Penn State University, attending from 2005 to 2010. In 2014, they received a certification as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor from the Pennsylvania Certification Board. Robert further pursued their education at American Public University, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Psychology between 2017 and 2019. In 2018, they obtained a certification as a Certified Addiction Professional from the Florida Certification Board.
