Rob Roudebush

Rob Roudebush, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Rob currently works as a Principal Solutions Architect at Nextworld®, a position they have held since December 2023. Previous to this, they served as the Director of IT at State Tractor & Equipment from July 2022 onwards.

Rob's longest tenure was at DSI®, where they held multiple roles starting from January 2001. Rob served as the Vice President of Customer Success from January 2019 to January 2021. Before that, they were the Director of Customer Success from June 2017 to January 2019, and the Senior Manager of Customer Success from September 2014 to June 2017. In these roles, Rob was responsible for overseeing cloud operations, managing service offerings, technical product support, and handling stressful client situations. Additionally, they worked as a Global Support Center Solutions Manager from January 2012 to September 2014 and as an Infrastructure Architect from January 2001 to January 2012.

Rob Roudebush, MBA, earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Analytics/Leadership from the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 2021 to 2023. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Computer Information Systems at the University of Central Missouri from 1996 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Rob also holds certifications from Microsoft, including MCTS: SQL Server 2005 obtained in 2009, and MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional obtained in 2002.
