Sebastian Stark's work experience includes being a Co-Founder at a startup called nextx, where they are currently working on a pilot project for a digital career and education orientation platform. Sebastian also worked as a Master's student at SAP Experience Garage and as a working student at SAP University Alliances/Young Thinkers. Prior to that, they served as an Assistant to the Management at IJM Gruppe/Young Business School.
Sebastian Stark pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration from PFH Private Hochschule Göttingen, which they completed between 2013 and 2017. During this time, they also obtained a certification as a Jugendleiter (Youth Leader) from Badischer Sportbund Nord e.V. in 2011.
Following that, Sebastian obtained a degree as a Veranstaltungskaufmann (Event Sales Manager) from IHK Stuttgart, completing their studies from 2014 to 2017. Sebastian also obtained certifications as a Rettungssanitäter (Paramedic) from FAMS Rettungsdientschule Mannheim in 2014-2015 and as an Erste-Hilfe-Ausbilder (First Aid Instructor) from ProMedic, Mannheim in 2015.
Sebastian then pursued a Master's degree in Business Management and IT Management from the University of Applied Management Studies, which they completed between 2019 and 2020.
In addition to their formal education, Sebastian has also obtained several certifications. Sebastian received the Jung von Matt Brand Camp Winner 2023 certification from Jung von Matt START in May 2023. Sebastian obtained the Start-up BW Pre-Seed certification from L-Bank, Staatsbank für Baden-Württemberg in October 2022. Furthermore, they completed the Investment Readiness Masterclass BW from Gründermotor in September 2022. Sebastian also participated in the Innovationsprogramm für Geschäftsmodelle und Pionierlösungen organized by the Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz, obtaining a certification in May 2022. Finally, they were awarded the EXIST Gründungsstipendium (EXIST Entrepreneur Scholarship) from the Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz in May 2021.
