Daniel Karpantschof has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Daniel currently serves as a Kommandobefalingsmand at Hjemmeværnet, a Danish military organization. Previously, they worked as a Design (r)Evolutionary Fellow at Design Science Studio, where they focused on designing processes of "human becoming" based on principles of nature, wellbeing, and equity. Daniel has also been a Fellow at The RSA, an organization that aims to enrich society through ideas and action.

Apart from these roles, Daniel has held positions such as Deputy Board Member at Danmarks Filmakademi and Co-Founder of Nexus Global Youth Summit, where they were responsible for budgeting, scheduling, production, development, direction, team management, and leadership. Daniel co-founded Copenhagen Industries, a technology provider for special effects, film, and TV production, and served as its CEO.

Daniel's experience also includes co-founding Hollywood 2.0 Alliance, serving as a Resource in Residence at YPO, being a Member of the Council of Experts on Entrepreneurship at the U.S. Department of State, and working as the Head of Global Affairs at Sandbox Network.

Daniel Karpantschof, FRSA has a diverse education history. In 2019, they attended INSEAD for an Executive Program focused on Making Innovation Happen. In 2004, they studied at RMIT University, where they pursued courses in Information Technology, International Business, Social Studies, and Intermediate Statistics. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they attended Niels Brock, earning an International Business Bac. degree with a focus on International Business, Trade, and Management.

Additionally, Daniel has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2022, they received certifications from Upverter in Electronics Design Essentials, including Design Fundamentals, Circuit Design and Schematics, PCB Layout, and PCB Manufacturing. In 2021, they obtained the Certified Professional - Food Safety (CP-FS) certification from Fødevarestyrelsen and a Certificate of Maritime Engine Competency, Certificate of Maritime Competency, Short Range Certificate for Maritime Radio Operation, and Power/High Speed Boat Certification (Class C) from Søfartsstyrelsen and Hjemmeværnet. In 2014, they obtained a certificate from the University of Edinburgh through Coursera Verified Certificates for the course AstroTech - The Science and Technology behind Astronomical Discovery.
