Chris Luchey

Chris Luchey's work experience includes serving as the Lead Automation Engineer at Nexus Cognitive Technology Services since April 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at Slalom Consulting from July 2015 to January 2019. Chris also served as a Business Intelligence Architect at Strike, LLC from August 2014 to July 2015. Before that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Teknion Data Solutions from November 2013 to August 2014. Chris gained experience as a Senior Associate - MLP Client Team Lead at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP from December 2010 to November 2013. Additionally, they held the role of Data Coordinator at AFS Technologies Inc. from September 2010 to December 2010. Chris started their career as a Distribution Software Support Analyst at National Financial Partners from January 2009 to April 2009, and later served as a Data Analyst & Quality Control Specialist from June 2008 to January 2009. Chris also has a background in the U.S. Coast Guard, where they served as Active Duty / IRR from June 2003 to April 2008. Before joining the U.S. Coast Guard, they worked at The Computer Sciences Corporation (Textron Contractor) as a Hardware Refresh Program Coordinator & Data Analyst from December 2005 to August 2006.

Chris Luchey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a concentration in Probability, Statistics, and Data Analysis from The University of Texas at Austin. Chris also attended the US Coast Guard Academy, where they focused on Operations Research and Government without obtaining a degree. In terms of additional certifications, Chris obtained several certifications in different fields such as SQL Server, Advanced SQL for Data Scientists, Azure Development, Blockchain Basics, Data Science Foundations, Microsoft Azure, Tableau Desktop, and more. Chris also pursued a CFA Level 1 certification in Complete Derivatives.
