With a background in marketing and extensive experience in the retail industry, Jayen has held key positions in various companies such as Ruchi Malls Pvt. Ltd., Achiever's Consultancy Enterprise, Aditya Birla Retail Limited, and Adani Retail Ltd. Jayen also has experience in international markets as the Country Sales Manager for Nufaika Distributors Ltd. in Tanzania. Jayen holds a B.Sc. in Bio-Chemistry from St. Xavier's College and an MBA in Marketing from Gujarat University, BK School of Business Management.
