Conchita Valena

Conchita Valena is an experienced Information Technology Consultant currently working at Nexus Technologies since May 2018, focusing on the implementation of ServiceNow projects and client relationship management. Previously, Conchita served as Program Chairperson at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, overseeing computer applications and business intelligence programs, participating in accreditation initiatives, and mentoring faculty. Prior roles include IT Consultant at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, where project management and data architecture were key responsibilities, and Project Manager at Nexus Technologies, specializing in business intelligence and CRM applications. Conchita began the career as a Managing Consultant at ADECS Solutions and held senior consulting roles at Ernst & Young and Philtrident Infotech, managing various IT projects and teams. Conchita holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Ateneo Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting from the University of the East.
