Luis Sanchez

Luis Sanchez is a seasoned business consultant and founder of Processing SMART, where the focus is on organizational development, process analysis, automation, and information system designs. In addition to leading Processing SMART, Luis holds several positions including Executive Member at Federación PIMEM, Senior Consultant at NexusTours, and Responsable de Procesos y Transformación Digital at Palmer Alma Mediterránea. With extensive experience in business process management from previous roles at TUI GROUP and Hotelbeds, Luis has a strong background in analyzing and improving operational systems to enhance efficiency and drive digital transformation for various organizations. Luis is also an expert advisor in the tourism sector with Turistec and has contributed as a business mentor in the Connect’Up Grow 2020 program. Education includes a degree in Informatics from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and training in coaching from the International Coaching Community.
