Marcie Kaufman

Marcie Kaufman has extensive work experience in the legal field. Marcie currently holds the position of Vice President Legal at Tremor International Ltd., starting in 2022. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Counsel at ITHAKA. Before joining ITHAKA, Marcie served as an Associate Counsel at Active International from 2015 to 2016. Marcie also worked as Counsel at Artstor from 2013 to 2015, where they were responsible for drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts in the digital media space. Marcie began their legal career as an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges from 2006 to 2013, where they specialized in intellectual property and complex commercial matters. Marcie also represented Weil employees in a government investigation. Prior to working at Weil, Marcie gained experience as a Law Clerk to The Honorable William H. Yohn, Jr. at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, they have non-legal work experience as a Buyer at Lord & Taylor from 1999 to 2002, where they managed a team and successfully executed buying strategies.

Marcie Kaufman received their B.S. in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University in 1999. Marcie then went on to obtain their J.D. with honors from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2005.
