Deepali Paul is an experienced professional with a strong background in community building, entrepreneurship, and human resources. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Neythri.org, Deepali focuses on enhancing the professional success of South Asian women through leadership development and mentorship. As Co-Founder of We Are Pistachio, Deepali has established a global community of over 1,400 members, emphasizing networking and upskilling, and achieved an impressive 80% job placement rate through mentorship programs. Deepali's previous ventures include Co-Founder and Board Member at Kelp HR, where significant growth was driven in workplace harassment prevention and diversity, equity, and inclusion training, and founding The Chrysalis and Designscape, successful interior design firms. Deepali holds education credentials from the Institute of Hotel Management, Osmania University, and Bellevue College.
