Dan Rosales

Dan has been with NFC since the company started back in 2006. At that time, Dan was a front desk attendant in Miami at the first property. Since then, Dan has excelled at every level in the company and has made major contributions to operations each step of the way. In 2016, Dan was promoted to Regional Director and relocated cross country to open the West Coast Division. Today, that region has over 25 properties stretching from San Diego to Portland.

Recently, Dan headed up the creation of a new virtual programming platform, NFC Lifestyle Live, which has seen 100+ properties and thousands of residents sign up for the service in a very short time. As they advance, Dan will focus even more on enhancing Lifestyle Live programming while developing marketing strategies to further expand its reach across the country.
