Loida Torres

Loida led NFC's expansion into the Miami market over 12 years ago, acting as the region's first Business Development and Area Director. She's established NFC as the sought-out provider of amenity management in the region by earning trust with clients while continually putting together an exceptional team of local staff. Through Loida's leadership, she has grown SE region from one location in Miami to over 50 properties today, including operations throughout South Florida, Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville.

In her new role, Loida will be focusing her efforts on establishing NFC's home services division, Zabode, in Miami market and then assisting with expanding the platform nationwide. In addition, she will continue to oversee operations in Southeast Region successfully.
