Vaibhav Kaushik

Vaibhav Kaushik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Vaibhav is currently working as the Director of Product Management at nference since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Marico Limited from 2014 to 2022, where they held various roles including Head of Advanced Technology and Principal Manager of Advanced Technology. Vaibhav led teams that delivered advancements in domains such as hair instrumentation, hair biology, skin science, nutrition and wellness, material science, phyto-active extraction, modeling, and simulation. During their tenure, the team's work contributed to product launches across several brands. Kaushik also played a key role in boosting the scientific and intellectual quotient of Marico R&D through patent publications and scientific papers in renowned journals. Before Marico, they worked at Amway India Enterprises Private Limited as a Process Manager and at ITC Limited as a Technology Development Manager, Associate Scientist, and Deputy Manager of Product Development. Their early career includes stints at Pfizer, General Mills, and GlaxoSmithKline.

Vaibhav Kaushik holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Vaibhav also has an engineering background from both the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. In addition to their formal education, Vaibhav has obtained certifications in Digital Marketing for CXOs, Digital Transformation, AI Business School, and Digital Marketing.
