Alissa Lieppman serves as the Vice President and Head of Culture & Business Operations for the National Football League (NFL), with responsibilities that expanded in February 2023 to include NFL Media Business Operations for Owned & Operated Platforms. Leading a team of 20, Alissa oversees various operational support functions, including vendor management and key event logistics. Alissa previously held the role of Vice President, Head of Planning & Culture, where collaboration with senior leadership was essential in aligning business priorities and facilitating the transition of the workforce to NFL Los Angeles @ Hollywood Park. With a strong history in club digital strategy, Alissa built the Club Media Strategy team and has held various leadership positions within NFL focusing on diversity and inclusion initiatives. Alissa's experience also includes client engagement in marketing positions at Creative Productions and a background in youth activities management at Long Beach Yacht Club. Alissa holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
