Donovin Darius, also known as The Motivator, is an accomplished international speaker, coach, and former NFL player with over a decade of experience in the professional speaking circuit since founding Donovin Darius Speaking in 2015. Darius serves as the Director of the NFL Legends Community and as a Transitional Life Coach, offering mentorship and support for former players and their families. Additionally, Darius founded the Donovin Darius Foundation, which focuses on empowering individuals through the Life Camp Series. As the President of The Donovin Darius Enterprises and former founder of Donovin Darius Training, Darius specializes in team building and peak performance training. Their notable NFL career includes ten years as an All-Pro Safety for the Jacksonville Jaguars, along with a distinguished college career at Syracuse University, where Darius earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership.
