Teresa Kemp has over 20 years of experience in training, development, and technical instruction, currently serving as a Combined Arms Training Strategy (CATS) Analyst at nFocus Solutions since January 2016. Prior to this role, Teresa held positions including Training Development Specialist at LNO Inc. and Collective Training Developer at RLM Comm. Inc. From 2011 to 2012, Teresa worked as an Army Battle Command Systems Technical Instructor, providing advanced technical training to Army personnel. Teresa's career began with the US Army, where responsibilities included senior signal leadership, training, and operations specialist roles. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2011 and 2013, along with extensive military training from 1995 to 2012.
