Joseph Gochal

Joseph Gochal is the Director, Business Intelligence at NFPA. Joseph has over fifteen years of experience working with data and analytics. Joseph started their career as a data scientist with the Central Intelligence Agency. Joseph then spent a year as the Chief Data Scientist at ENODO Global, Inc. before joining NFPA in June 2017.

Joseph Gochal attended Rutgers University for their Bachelor's degree and then went on to attend New York University.

Joseph Gochal reports to Christian Dubay, VP, Engineering & Research. They are on a team with Tracy Vecchiarelli - Standards Lead, Matt Klaus - Director, Technical Services, and Chad Duffy - Standards Lead, Electrical & Fire Protection Systems.
