Justin Dirkin

Justin Dirkin is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors. Currently serving as Program Manager at NFU Mutual since October 2022, Justin previously held key leadership positions, including Head of Operational Performance & Transformation at RAC and Head of Business Change & IT at Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd, where Justin led a £14M business transformation program. Justin's career at Endsleigh also included roles in IT services and project management, notably overseeing significant system implementations. Earlier experience at RR Donnelley and Chelsea Building Society further solidified Justin's expertise in IT service delivery, project management, and strategic technology initiatives. Justin holds an HNC in Computer Studies from Cheltenham & Gloucester College of Higher Education and A Levels from Pates Grammar School.
