Scott Hardiman

Scott Hardiman is a Pricing Analyst at NFU Mutual since May 2023, responsible for the design and deployment of Radar models for new rating logic. Prior to this role, Scott served as a Duty Manager at The Fire Service College from September 2022 to April 2023, where leadership skills were developed and employee-customer relations were improved. Scott completed a BSc in Economics at the University of Reading from September 2019 to May 2022 and attended Chipping Campden School from September 2012 to June 2019.
