Steve Briscoe

Steve Briscoe has extensive experience in IT service management and support, currently serving as a ServiceNow Developer and previously as a Service Operations Manager and IT Service Desk Team Leader at NFU Mutual since January 2005. Prior to that, Steve held various roles including Service Manager and Service Desk Team Lead at Sirius Financial Systems from 1993 to December 2004, and started a career in IT as a Technical Support Analyst and Service Desk Analyst. Early in their career, Steve worked as an Insurance Administrator at Safeguard Insurance from May 1987 to April 1993. Steve Briscoe completed education at Kingshurst Comprehensive from 1982 to 1987.
