Stuart Nesbitt

Stuart Nesbitt is an experienced loss cost modelling manager and pricing specialist at NFU Mutual since November 2022, having previously served as motor risk pricing manager at Hastings Direct from July 2020 to November 2022, focusing on telematics and multicar products. Prior experience includes roles at Direct Line Group from January 2018 to July 2020, where Stuart was the principal pricing analyst and the primary modeller for a model refresh, and also worked as a pricing analyst within the Motor Technical Pricing team. Stuart's career began with an internship as a pricing analyst at AXA Insurance Ireland, providing insight into various motor and non-motor insurance classes. Stuart holds a degree in Actuarial Science & Risk Management from Queen's University Belfast, completed in 2017, and attended Portadown College from 2009 to 2013.
