Sue Clarke

Sue Clarke is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Operations Manager at NFU Mutual since August 2009. In this role, Sue leads the development and continuous review of the HR service model, systems, and MI strategy, ensuring alignment with the People Strategy and Group objectives to achieve customer service excellence. Prior to this position, Sue held various roles including HR Manager and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included managing HR service delivery, leading teams, and collaborating with senior managers to implement people initiatives. Sue's career also includes HR advisory experience at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust and consultancy at the Learning & Skills Council. Sue holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in HR and Marketing from Coventry University, obtained between 1995 and 1997.
