Zipora B. is an experienced professional in management and program development, currently serving as a Management Analyst at NGB since July 2022, where Zipora supports the Army's Transition Plan and provides strategic planning and analysis for the Governance & Institutions Branch. Prior to this role, Zipora worked as a Program Manager for the National Guard Bureau from November 2018 to July 2022, handling television and radio programming, marketing, and advertising, as well as creative design and contracting. Zipora also held the position of Incentive Branch Manager and possesses educational credentials from Thomas Edison State University.
