Piano Watcharapolmek

Piano Watcharapolmek has a diverse work experience spanning several years. From 2003 to 2010, they worked at GE Capital in various project leadership roles, including Regional Operations, Call Center, Bank Operations, Risk Technology, and Accounting.

In 2010, Piano joined Bank of Ayudhya (Krungsri Bank) as the Head of Special Project Department and later became the Vice President of Back office Transformation. They also served as the SVP and Head of Operations and IT Support Division, where they managed operations and IT functions and led key strategic initiatives.

Since 2018, Piano has been with Ngern Tid Lor, where they currently hold the position of EVP and Head of Operations and Operational Risk. Their responsibilities include establishing operational strategies, managing the team to ensure quality and efficiency, providing management support, and developing talent within operations.

Piano Watcharapolmek obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Chulalongkorn University between the years 1994 and 1998. Then, between 1999 and 2002, Piano pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from California State University, Long Beach. Piano also earned a Professional Designation in Database Management Systems from UCLA in 2001-2002. Furthermore, Piano received a certification in Venture Capital from Columbia Business School Executive Education in July 2022.
