Vantanee Teerakul

Vantanee Teerakul is a corporate professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and management. Currently serving as Corporate Secretary at Ngern Tid Lor since March 2020, Vantanee previously held the position of Senior Corporate Office Manager at Bangkok Dusit Medical Services Public Company Limited from February 2016 to March 2020, where responsibilities included coordination with regulatory bodies such as the Stock Exchange of Thailand and Securities and Exchange Commission. Vantanee's career at Bangkok Dusit Medical Services began in May 2005, progressing from Assistant to Company's Secretary to Corporate Office Manager, contributing to significant projects such as the offshore convertible bond launch and the Seam Reap Hospital project. Vantanee holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from the University of Wollongong and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Hotel Management from Assumption University of Thailand.
