Tim Wuenscher is a Geoscientist at the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute since January 2019, specializing in offshore geohazards investigations and integrating geological, geotechnical, and geophysical data to develop ground models. Responsibilities include identifying geohazards, collaborating with engineers, performing seismic interpretation, and creating map products using various software tools. Prior to this, Tim served as a Soils Laboratory Technician, conducting geotechnical lab tests. Tim has also gained teaching experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of North Dakota and worked as a Geoscientist-in-the-Park with the National Park Service, where a digital database was created for hazardous tree monitoring. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Geology from the University of North Dakota and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Texas A&M University.
