Todd Alexander

Todd Alexander has extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Todd began their career at Cone Mills Corporation in 1987, where they served as a Production Supervisor and later as an Assistant Manager HR and Training Manager. In these positions, they oversaw employee recruitment, managed unionized environments, and ensured safety and quality standards.

In 1992, Alexander joined NGK Ceramics USA, Inc. as an Inspection Manager, responsible for production schedules, setting targets, and reviewing process changes to meet quality and production goals. Todd later worked at NGK Insulators, Ltd. as an Engineering Specialist, contributing to product design and process improvement.

Returning to NGK Ceramics USA, Inc., Alexander held various positions, including Assistant Quality Assurance Manager/Inspection Manager, Production Planning and Purchasing Manager, and Director of Administration. In these roles, they managed quality improvement activities, optimized goods flow, collaborated across departments, advised senior management, and provided overall strategic leadership.

Most recently, Alexander served as Vice President and Director of Administration, demonstrating their progression and significant responsibilities within the company.

Todd Alexander completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of South Carolina, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Todd pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Appalachian State University from 1985 to 1987. Todd then continued their education at Pfeiffer University, where they earned a Master of Science in Organizational Management between 2000 and 2002.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Todd obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in March 2022. Todd also holds a Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard Certification, earned in June 2016, though the exact institution granting this certification is unknown.
