Katya Richardson has a diverse background in digital marketing and has held various roles in different companies. Katya currently works as the Digital Marketing Director at NGS Crypto since May 2023. Prior to this, they were part of Swyftx, starting as a Digital Marketer in November 2020 and eventually becoming the Head of Digital from July 2022 to May 2023. In these roles, they were responsible for shaping the go-to-market strategy, executing digital marketing campaigns, and driving app adoption and cryptocurrency awareness.
Before Swyftx, Katya worked at R6 Digital as a Senior Digital Marketing Executive from March 2019 to November 2020. Here, they strategized and managed digital marketing campaigns, conducted SEO audits, and handled on-site and off-site SEO activities. Katya also worked as a Digital Marketing Executive and Digital Marketer at R6 Digital from June 2018 to March 2019.
Katya has experience in social media and marketing coordination as well. Katya worked as a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator at Glitter and Dance and a Marketing Coordinator at Pugalicious Australia, both from December 2017 to April 2018.
In their early career, Katya held intern positions at Sabio as a Social Media Marketing Intern from August 2016 to October 2016, and at Network Ten as a PR Intern from August 2015 to April 2016.
Katya Richardson completed their Bachelor of Communications degree in Public Relations, Marketing, and Advertising at The University of Queensland from 2013 to 2015. In 2013, they also obtained a Certificate in Communicating across Cultures from AFS Intercultural Programs Australia. Additionally, in February 2023, they received certifications in International Marketing Foundations, International SEO, Shopify Ecommerce: Marketing Strategy, and Social Media Marketing: Strategy and Optimization from LinkedIn.
