Brett Williams

Brett Williams is an experienced professional in the meat industry, currently serving as the General Manager of Oakey Beef Exports at NH Foods Australia since May 2023. Previously, Brett held the position of General Manager for Meat Sales and Operations at Mort & Co from October 2018 to May 2023 and was a Partner at Continuu between October 2018 and October 2020. Before that, Brett was the General Manager of Business Improvement and Operational Services at Australian Country Choice from August 2015 to September 2018, and served as the Production Control and Planning Manager at JBS Swift Australia from March 1993 to July 2015. Brett holds a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching from CQUniversity, earned between 1989 and 1991.
