Priyal Rana

Priyal Rana is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Plant Head HR & IR at NHB Ball & Roller Ltd since December 2022, overseeing HR and IR functions for two plants and managing a team of five, alongside a workforce of over 600 union workers. Prior experience includes various HR roles at Ascent- Group of Companies, Condor Footwear (India) Ltd., and Mafatlal Industries Limited, where Priyal effectively managed HR operations for workforces ranging from 300 to over 2000 employees. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from Gujarat Technological University, along with a degree in Business from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University and a Business Language Testing Service qualification from the University of Cambridge.
