Lee Francis

Lee Francis is an experienced professional with a robust background in application development and team management. Currently serving as the Application Development Manager and Senior Scrum Master at NHBC since May 2022, Lee directs operations and optimizes workflows for internal systems. Previously, at The Share Centre from February 2008 to May 2022, Lee held roles including Head of Office Systems, where responsibilities included enhancing departmental processes and fostering staff development, as well as Development Manager, focusing on resource development through targeted scrum frameworks.
