Wayne Price

Wayne Price is an experienced Technical Operations Manager and Principal Surveyor at NHBC, where responsibility includes leading building surveying assessments of technical risks in new build and conversion projects. With a strong foundation in building regulations, NHBC Standards, and European standards, Wayne Price has significant expertise in managing complex, high-risk ventures within the house building sector since April 2003. Previously, Wayne Price served as a Building Control Surveyor and Technical Assistant at Herefordshire Council from May 1998 to April 2003. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science (MSc) in Renewable Energy in the Built Environment from the Centre for Alternative Technology and a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Building Conservation Technology from Bournemouth University.
