Luciano Duco is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end kitchens. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Locanda Verde since April 2018 and as Executive Sous Chef at NoHo Hospitality Group since June 2016, Luciano has demonstrated leadership and creativity in menu development and kitchen operations. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Larimar Restaurant, Chef de Cuisine at Oliveto Restaurant, and notable positions at Ai Fiori, Marea, Del Posto, and Ritz Carlton, where Luciano contributed to achieving critical acclaim, such as 3 stars from the New York Times and 1 Michelin star.
