Scott Cioe is an accomplished Executive Pastry Chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Since October 2021, Scott has been with NoHo Hospitality Group. Prior roles include Executive Pastry Chef at JEAN-GEORGES MANAGEMENT from October 2019 to September 2021, and at Bien Cuit LLC from October 2017 to July 2019. Prior to these positions, Scott held the same title at Park Hyatt from April 2014 to October 2017, and worked as a Pastry Chef at Lure Fishbar and Gordon Ramsay at The London. Earlier experience includes roles as a Pastry Cook and Pastry Chef de Partie at various establishments. Scott’s educational background includes an Associate of Arts degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University, and a Bachelor's degree in Music Business from Berklee College of Music.
