Francesca Falco

Francesca Falco, CPTD, serves as the Senior Director of Talent Management at the National Hockey League since December 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Organizational Development and Learning at St. John's Episcopal Hospital from May 2016 to December 2021, where Francesca established the Organizational Development and Learning function for a teaching hospital with 2,000 employees. Francesca also held the position of Training Manager at Allscripts from 2013 to 2016, overseeing learning program design for Northwell Health Systems. Additionally, Francesca was the Senior Training Manager at Healthfirst from 2008 to 2013, contributing to New York's largest not-for-profit health insurer. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the State University of New York, complemented by studies at Yale School of Management.
