Nora Cothren

Nora Cothren serves as the Manager of Multicultural Content, Audience Development, and Social Impact at the National Hockey League (NHL) since March 2022. Prior to joining the NHL, Nora held the position of Program Manager for the 3 Cups of Coffee mentorship program at JEVS Human Services, where strategic development and operational coordination were key responsibilities from September 2018 to March 2022. From June 2012 to March 2022, Nora was involved with the Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation, initially as an Academic Assistant and then as an Academic Coordinator, overseeing academic programming and staff management across multiple sites in Philadelphia and Pennsauken, NJ. Nora began the journey in education by earning a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Child Study from Smith College between 2007 and 2012.
