Elin Mathiesen

Elin Mathiesen is currently working as Seniorrådgiver Arbeidsliv at NHO - Næringslivets Hovedorganisasjon. Prior to this role, Elin served as Fagleder Analyse at Abelia from March 2020 to August 2023. Elin has extensive experience in the financial sector, having held positions such as Fagsjef arbeidsliv og kompetanse at Finans Norge and Seniorrådgiver at Finansdepartementet. Elin also worked as a Rådgiver at Olje- og energidepartementet and as a Konsulent at DNB Markets. Elin holds a cand. polit. degree in Samfunnsøkonomi from the University of Bergen and completed studies at Université de Caen Normandie.
