Roberta Romano Emba

Roberta Romano EMBA currently serves as the Head of Global Corporate Office at NHOA Group since September 2023 and has held various roles at NHOA including Group General Counsel and Member of the Executive Committee since July 2021. Roberta also serves on the Board of Directors for Atlante since August 2022 and has previously been involved with Free2move eSolutions as General Counsel and Member of the Public Funding Committee until December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as General Counsel and Head of Legal, Ethics and Compliance at Engie EPS from April 2018 to July 2021, and legal roles at EPS (Electro Power Systems) and K&L Gates. Roberta's education includes an EMBA from ESCP Business School, a Master’s Degree in Law from Università Bocconi, and a brief program at the National University of Singapore.
