Marco Balducci

Marco Balducci is an experienced executive in the real estate and corporate sectors, currently serving as Group CEO and DG France at NHOOD since January 2020, while also holding the position of CEO for Nhood Italy and Ceetrus Ukraina. Previously, Marco worked as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Investment & Asset Management at Immochan from March 2016 to January 2020. Prior roles include Group Legal Director and Deputy Director in charge of Group Corporate Matters at Groupe Auchan from July 2004 to March 2016, as well as Director in charge of Group Corporate Matters at la Rinascente S.p.A from December 1999 to July 2004. Marco Balducci holds a Laurea in Giurisprudenza from Università degli Studi di Milano, completed between 1990 and 1996.
