Before joining The NHP Foundation, Tim Pryor worked in Real Estate Consulting, where they were a Project Manager, providing various analyses and studies for government projects. Tim also worked as a Project Coordinator at Conifer Realty, LLC and as a Construction Project Manager at the DC Government Department of Real Estate Services. Additionally, Tim Pryor held positions at SBER as a Development Director and Assistant Development Director, as well as internships at Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse and Continuum Partners, LLC. Tim began their career as a Reporter at Anchorage Daily News.
Tim Pryor earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from McGill University, which they attended from 1986 to 1990. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Urban Planning with a concentration in Real Estate at Harvard University, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they hold a certification as a LEED AP BD + C from GBCI, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
